The frozen home of the more reclusive Valeska, this is a cold world of crystal and ice, locked in perpetual winter. Like the tall figures of its habitants, the buildings here are all fashioned in the likeness of towers, giving rise to delicate spirals and smooth, soaring walls. The snow elves themselves are a shy, graceful people, avioding disputes and confrontation. But if overly provoked, they will fight.
